Everything from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eatyourselfskinny.com\/buffalo-chicken-meatballs\/\">buffalo chicken meatballs<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eatyourselfskinny.com\/asian-glazed-turkey-meatballs\/\">Asian glazed meatballs<\/a> to a whole <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eatyourselfskinny.com\/cheesy-keto-meatball-casserole\/\">cheesy meatball casserole<\/a>!  The great thing about these easy turkey meatballs is that they are just so versatile.  They can be added to a variety of dished and pair well with so many different sauces!  <\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why You&#8217;ll Love This<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Made with simple ingredients that pack a ton of flavor!<\/li>\n<li>These meatballs are baked and not fried.<\/li>\n<li>Only take 30 minutes to make with easy cleanup.<\/li>\n<li>We are using ground turkey in this recipe which is much leaner than beef.<\/li>\n<li>Super versatile and can be added to several different dishes!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1200\" height=\"1589\" src=\"http:\/\/anitaexpert.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/turkey-meatballs-3-1200x1589-1.jpg\" alt=\"These Easy Turkey Meatballs are tender, juicy and packed with flavor!  Made with just a few simple ingredients in under 30 minutes, these baked homemade meatballs can be added to any favorite dish!\" class=\"wp-image-26154\" \/><\/figure>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients You&#8217;ll Need<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>ground turkey<\/strong> &#8211; I used lean ground turkey for these meatballs because it\u2019s low in fat and calories while being a great source of protein,&nbsp; but you could also make these using ground chicken, ground beef, ground pork or even Italian sausage.<\/li>\n<li><strong>egg<\/strong> &#8211; acts as a binder to hold all the ingredients together.<\/li>\n<li><strong>breadcrumbs<\/strong> &#8211; I used Italian bread crumbs to help bind the meatballs to keep their round shape and hold moisture, but feel free use gluten-free bread crumbs, panko breadcrumbs or almond flour if low carb.<\/li>\n<li><strong>parmesan cheese<\/strong> &#8211; freshly grated parmesan cheese adds even more flavor!<\/li>\n<li><strong>onion<\/strong> &#8211; I grated half a medium yellow onion, but you could also use one teaspoon onion powder.&nbsp; You could also finely chop the onion rather than grating if you prefer.<\/li>\n<li><strong>garlic<\/strong> &#8211; adds a flavor boost to the meatballs and fresh minced garlic is always best!&nbsp; If you don\u2019t have fresh garlic cloves, feel free to use a 1\/2 teaspoon garlic powder.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Worcestershire sauce<\/strong> &#8211; I love the sweet, tangy flavor this adds to these meatballs!  You could also use soy sauce or tamari.<\/li>\n<li><strong>parsley<\/strong> &#8211; I love adding in fresh herbs for earthiness and pop of color, but you could also add in some fresh basil, rosemary or thyme.<\/li>\n<li><strong>seasonings<\/strong> &#8211; a combination of Italian seasoning, salt and black pepper.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Make Turkey Meatballs<\/h2>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Make the meatballs.<\/strong>&nbsp; In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning and salt\/pepper until all combined.&nbsp; <\/li>\n<li><strong>Shape into balls. <\/strong> Using a small to medium cookie scoop (I use this&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/urlgeni.us\/amzn\/scop\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">1.2 tablespoon size scoop<\/a>), make 1-inch sized balls from the mixture and place on a prepared <a href=\"https:\/\/urlgeni.us\/amzn\/sheetpn\">baking sheet<\/a> sprayed with non-stick spray or parchment paper (you should get about 30 meatballs). The cookie scoop helps make sure the meatballs are all uniform in size.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bake.<\/strong>&nbsp; Pop the meatballs in the oven at 400 degrees F and bake for about 16 to 20 minutes, until lightly browned and cooked through. Meatballs should have an internal temp of 165 degrees F when inserting a <a href=\"https:\/\/urlgeni.us\/amzn\/E1x0t\">meat thermometer<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1200\" height=\"1800\" src=\"http:\/\/anitaexpert.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/turkey-meatballs-2-1200x1800-1.jpg\" alt=\"These Easy Turkey Meatballs are tender, juicy and packed with flavor!  Made with just a few simple ingredients in under 30 minutes, these baked homemade meatballs can be added to any favorite dish!\" class=\"wp-image-26153\" \/><\/figure>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Serve Turkey Meatballs<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>As a main dish<\/strong> &#8211; serve over cauliflower rice, regular rice or orzo along with broccoli or other vegetables.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Spaghetti and meatballs<\/strong> &#8211; serve over pasta, spaghetti squash or zucchini noodles with your favorite <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eatyourselfskinny.com\/simple-marinara-sauce\/\">marinara<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eatyourselfskinny.com\/loaded-veggie-tomato-sauce\/\">tomato sauce<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>In a sub sandwich<\/strong> &#8211; serve the meatballs in a sub roll with all your favorite toppings.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Added to soup<\/strong> &#8211; make the meatballs a little smaller and add them to your favorite soup!  <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eatyourselfskinny.com\/olive-garden-inspired-minestrone-soup\/\">Minestrone soup<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eatyourselfskinny.com\/sausage-spinach-tortellini-soup\/\">creamy tortellini soup<\/a> and this <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eatyourselfskinny.com\/spicy-sausage-and-kale-soup\/\">sausage soup<\/a> all make great options.<\/li>\n<li><strong>In a salad<\/strong> &#8211; add the meatballs to any of your favorite salads like this <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eatyourselfskinny.com\/healthy-greek-salad\/\">Greek salad<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eatyourselfskinny.com\/healthy-chicken-caesar-salad\/\">Caesar salad<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eatyourselfskinny.com\/mediterranean-chopped-salad\/\">Mediterranean salad<\/a>, or this <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eatyourselfskinny.com\/wild-rice-chicken-salad\/\">wild rice salad<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>As an appetizer<\/strong> &#8211; double or triple this recipe and serve with toothpicks for a delicious party appetizer!  Try my recipe for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eatyourselfskinny.com\/cranberry-cocktail-meatballs\/\">cranberry meatballs<\/a> or these <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eatyourselfskinny.com\/buffalo-chicken-meatballs\/\">buffalo chicken meatballs<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prepping and Storage<\/h2>\n<p><strong>To Prep:<\/strong>&nbsp;These meatballs can easily be prepped ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator tightly covered for 2 or 3 days before baking.&nbsp; Then when you\u2019re ready to bake, pop them in the oven and make the sauce on the stove as directed.&nbsp; You can also easily prep the sauce ahead of time too!&nbsp; Just reheat in a saucepan right before tossing with the meatballs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Store:&nbsp;<\/strong>If you\u2019re planning on storing these meatballs for later, let them cool completely then store then in a sealed, airtight container in your fridge for up to&nbsp;<strong>3 to 4 days<\/strong>. The sauce itself will last up to two weeks in your fridge or you could freeze the sauce separately for up to 3 months in a sealed, airtight container.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Freeze:&nbsp;<\/strong>These meatballs are freezer-friendly too and will last for up to&nbsp;<strong>3 to 4 months<\/strong>&nbsp;frozen.&nbsp; To reheat, simply thaw the meatballs out in the fridge and place them in a skillet on low heat, stirring often, until warmed through.&nbsp; You could also reheat them in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1200\" height=\"1800\" src=\"http:\/\/anitaexpert.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/turkey-meatballs-1-1200x1800-1.jpg\" alt=\"These Easy Turkey Meatballs are tender, juicy and packed with flavor!
